4.6 Own Account Restriction. You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own legal name. 6.4 Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager with a combined payout multiplier. All selections in a mix parlay must win for the wager to pay out. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may affect Platform availability. cor43 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cor43 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost winnings due to technical errors, or loss of data.
11.3 Cap on Liability. To the extent cor43's liability cannot be wholly excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your cor43 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Third-Party Content.
